The access point allows Zoë to listen to Nela’s garbled last confession, recorded within the pin, while Hanna stands watch out of earshot. ![]() Guided by the Watilla pin, they eventually discover an old Wire access point, predating the Collapse, free of external surveillance, and usable by means of Nela’s pin. Hanna and Zoë travel through the Propast underground, talking about their respective situations, sharing what they know about WATICorp-including Hanna’s accidental complicity in Nela’s sabotage-operation-turned-suicide-bombing-and what they can do to expose the people who are actually responsible. Abby, after returning to Zoë a package she'd apparently dropped-it contains a Watilla pin, now superficially damaged-and sharing a kiss with Hanna, draws the EYE away, leaving the other two behind to find answers. She tells Zoë to follow her, and takes her to the Propast underground, where the two meet with Abby. Hanna later travels to Zoë's apartment just in time to find her on the run from EYE operatives. The two women say their good-byes, but not before Queenie promises that she'll find Hanna again, and that there are wonderful things in store for the young girl. After Zoë leaves, Hanna speaks with Queenie, who instructs her to use what she knows to bring down WATIcorp, and to assist Zoë, who, like Hanna, "shapes dreams". When Queenie meets with Zoë weeks after their last encounter, Hanna watches over their conversation unseen. After Nela's suicide bombing, Hanna decides to venture outside, and not only reconciles with Abby, but also gets into contact with Queenie. She gives Zoë a Dragonfly to take back to Queenie, and is left alone.Įvents soon force the Dragonfly out of hiding. She also learns that Hanna appears to have gone into hiding after a job gone sour.Īfter Zoë finds Hanna's hideout, Hanna rejects the Dreamer's overtures, claiming she doesn't need Zoë or Queenie's help she does, however, prove more receptive to Zoë's claims about dreaming the images Hanna's been drawing. After some investigating, including a conversation with another member of the Dragonflies, Abby, Zoë learns more about Hanna, including that she's an artist, and that she appears to have some knowledge of the creatures Zoë has been seeing in her dreams. Hanna first comes to Zoë Castillo's attention when Queenie expresses concern for the young woman and asks Zoë to find her and confirm her safety. Her activities have made her known to a wide variety of people, including Nela Vlček and Queenie.
